Lose a key and you change the locks. Lose a fob and you press delete.
That's the whole argument for Paxton.
CCR Systems fits Paxton access control in pubs, members’ clubs, hotels, holiday parks, schools and shops across the North West. We install it, we set it up around how your building actually works, and we support it ourselves.
No obligation. We will tell you if you do not need it.

You already know where your building leaks.
None of these feel urgent on their own. They tend to become urgent all at once, usually on a Saturday.
The keys have got away from you
You do not know how many copies of the cellar key exist. Neither does anyone else. When one goes missing, the only safe answer is a locksmith and a new set of locks for every door on that key.
Nobody knows who went in
Stock goes missing from the store room. The office door was open when it should not have been. Without a record of who opened which door and when, it stays a rumour and an awkward conversation.
The fire door is propped open
Somebody wedges it for a smoke or a delivery. It stays open. You only find out when the fire officer does, or when someone walks in who should not be there.
Five common problems, and the Paxton product that ends them.
Paxton is not one box. It is a small family of products that work together. You start with the doors that matter and add the rest later. We will tell you which ones you need and which you do not.
01
Net2
A lost key means changing the locks.
- Cancel a fob in ten seconds
Net2 is Paxton’s main system. Staff and members carry a fob or a card instead of a key. Everything is managed from a computer behind the bar or in the office.
When a fob goes missing, you delete it. The old fob stops working straight away. Nobody is called out. Nothing is drilled. You hand over a new one and get on with your shift.
You can also set who goes where, and when. Bar staff get the cellar during opening hours only. The cleaner gets the front door on a Tuesday morning. The committee gets everything.
02
Net2 audit trail
Stock disappears and nobody can say who was in there.
- A record of every door, every time
Because every fob belongs to a named person, Net2 keeps a list of who opened which door and when.
That turns “somebody must have been in the store room” into a time, a date and a name. Most of the time you never need it. When you do, it saves an accusation being pointed at the wrong person.
03
Paxton10
Your doors and your cameras are two separate systems.
- A record of every door, every time
Most buildings end up with a door system from one company and CCTV from another. Two logins, two suppliers, and no easy way to match a door opening to the footage of it.
Paxton10 puts both on the same platform. You click the door event and the video of it plays. One system runs up to 1,000 doors and 1,000 cameras, so it suits a single club or a chain of them.
If you have several sites, you manage up to 100 of them from one login without leaving your desk.
Staff can also use a phone or a smartwatch to get in instead of carrying a fob.
04
Paxton Entry
Somebody is at the delivery door and there is nobody free to answer it.
- Answer the door from wherever you are
Entry is Paxton’s video door entry system. A panel goes on the outside of the door. Someone presses the button and you see and hear them.
You can answer on a screen inside the building, or on your phone. That works whether you are in the kitchen, upstairs, or at home on a day off. You look at who it is and let them in, or you do not.
For a members’ club, it means the front door stays shut to the public without anyone standing behind it.
05
PaxLock Pro
The doors you want to secure cannot be cabled.
- A door handle that is the whole system
Running cable through an old building is disruptive and expensive. Sometimes it is not allowed at all.
PaxLock Pro is a battery-powered door handle with the access control built inside it. There is no cable and no separate box on the wall. It goes on in an afternoon.
It works on its own for a single door, or joins your Net2 or Paxton10 system so it behaves like every other door in the building. It suits offices, store rooms, plant rooms and function rooms in listed or older properties.
06
PaxLock Pro2
The doors you want to secure cannot be cabled.
- A door handle that is the whole system
The new PaxLock Pro2 has been re-engineered from the ground up, with virtually all parts updated from the previous design.
Using high-quality materials and components, Paxton have achieved a design that is extremely durable, offering hassle- and maintenance-free operation in a wide range of conditions.
PaxLock Pro2 can be used as a standalone offline device for smaller sites. For full online access control, it works seamlessly with larger-scale Net2 and Paxton10 systems.
What this looks like in your kind of venue.
Sports and members' clubs
The front door opens for members and stays shut to everyone else. Fobs are tied to membership, so when a subscription lapses the fob stops working. No conversation needed on the door.
Pubs and bars
The cellar, the office and the safe room are on separate permissions. You can see who went down for a barrel change and when. Fire doors report back if they are held open.
Hotels and holiday parks
Guests get access to the pool, the gym or the laundry for the length of their stay and no longer. Housekeeping gets the corridors. Nobody is chasing keys at checkout.
Schools and colleges
Doors lock down from one button. Staff and visitors carry different permissions. There is a record of who was in the building, which matters when someone asks for it.
Buildings across the North West already run on this.
Paxton is already running on doors in pubs, clubs, hotels and schools across the region. The people who manage those buildings put it better than we can.
"We were changing the cellar locks twice a year. Now a fob goes missing and it takes a minute to sort. The committee can also see who has been in the office, which stopped a lot of guessing."
