Raise your glass and grab a fork, because Northern Restaurant & Bar (NRB) 2024 is rolling into town and it’s hotter than a blowtorch-seared steak. Sponsored by none other than the super-convenient Uber Eats, NRB has turned up the heat on hospitality to kickstart 2024 at Manchester Central.

This gastronomical extravaganza – nay, THE culinary mecca of the North – is expected to turn heads with an extraordinary attendee list of over 8700 people! Chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders, gourmets, and gourmands – everybody who’s anybody in the Northern food and beverage scene has marked 12th and 13th of March on their calendar.

We’re excited to join the vibrant hustle of the crowd, the clinking glasses, the sizzling demonstrations, the myriad of innovative flavours from different cuisines… NRB is the veritable Noah’s Ark of the hospitality industry.

In 2023, NRB witnessed a record-breaking year with attendance from top luminaries across various sectors within the hospitality industry. Attendees ranged from renowned restaurants like The Ivy Collection, Gusto Italian, and Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay to Northern pubs and bars including The Alchemist, Albert Schloss, and Revolution Bar Group, as well as hotel, leisure, contract, and catering exhibitors such as Dakota Hotels, Brakes Foodservice and Manchester City Football Club.
