Lever Club Levels Up with Loyalty-Driven EPOS & CCTV Coverage

Port Sunlight’s Lever Club is a cornerstone of the local community, a busy, friendly venue with multiple bars and a loyal membership. To keep pace with demand and continue offering excellent service, the club needed reliable EPOS across its bars, complete with member discounts and secure payment processing. Add in the need for robust site-wide CCTV, and it was time to call in CCR Systems. 

The Challenge 

Running three bars meant Lever Club needed robust, dependable till systems. At the time of installation, Fidelity GPoS offered the flexibility and loyalty functions they required. Alongside this, the club wanted integrated card payments and a full building-wide security system that did not miss a thing. 

Now, with the existing software and hardware nearing end-of-life, it is time to plan the next stage of their digital upgrade—and CCR Systems will be right there to support it. 

The Solution 

We installed three Fidelity GPoS till systems—one at each bar—complete with cash drawers and receipt printers, plus a venue-wide CCTV system and integrated card payment terminals. 

What we did:

• Three-Bar EPOS Setup: Each bar was fitted with a dedicated till running Fidelity GPoS. At the time of installation, this offered a solid, flexible platform for handling sales and loyalty discounts. 

• Integrated Payments: All tills were connected to takepayments card terminals, enabling fast, integrated and secure transactions across the club. 

• Loyalty System: Members enjoy discounted rates on purchases, applied automatically via the system’s built-in loyalty features. 

• 36-Camera CCTV Installation: We provided full CCTV coverage for: 

• • Internal communal spaces 

• • Front and back-of-house areas 

• • The external perimeter 
    This comprehensive setup gives the club complete oversight and improved safety for members, staff and visitors. 

• Future Planning: As the club’s current hardware and Fidelity GPoS software approach end-of-life, we are working closely with the management team to explore the next phase of their EPOS evolution.
