The run-up to Christmas is our busiest time of year, so the earlier your changes reach us, the more time we have to set them up, test them and get them live on the date you want.

How early should I send my Christmas EPOS changes?
As early as you can. Every change is programmed and tested before it goes live, and the run-up to Christmas is our busiest time of year. To have your changes live for 1 December, send them to us by 24 November 2026.
What changes can you make to my EPOS system?
We can set up Christmas and New Year price bands, add new products and buttons, and build set menus, party packages and seasonal promotions on your tills.
Can you update self-service kiosks and digital menu boards too?
Yes. On kiosks we can add seasonal items and images, festive meal deals, upsell prompts and updated allergen and calorie details. On digital menu boards we can add seasonal menus and promotions for Christmas and New Year.
What should I include when I email my changes?
Tell us your venue name and sites, which systems need updating, the new items and prices, any images or artwork, and the dates each change should start and end.
