Total Loyalty's powerful database stores Customer's records, loyalty details and transaction history, in addition, 10 user definable fields let you tailor the system to suit your business's requirements e.g. customers birthday, anniversary, favourite meals ect.

An unlimited number of points schemes can be set up e.g gold scheme giving 1 point per £1 spent. In addition, cards can be precharged with points and also points can be added to the customer's scheme at any time. A minimum spend can be enforced before points are given.

Details of point scheme applying to customer are held on the database. Details include current points level, date card was last used, number of times the card has been used, total spend using the card and average spend.
